Restored Dutch Dutch Berkel Slicer, 115 Flywet model, black paint finish. The machine has a flower flywheel that activates a gear system under the base. They generate the movement of both the blade via the belt or chain and the sliding trolley via two connecting rods. Includes the cast iron pedestal. All our Berkel are unique numbered pieces, perfectly functional and restored.
