Vintage Design
Very nice Chinese water pipe. These are often called opium pipes but in reality are just tobacco pipes. This pipe appears to be made of paktong with a light nicotine coating making it appear brassy, it has inscription calligraphy under the lid of the tobacco holder. The side is decorated with enamel decoration of prunus flowers with several seals.
Condition: Good antique condition, some surface wear. Some possible damages to the enamel that show as darkened oxidation but all of the enamel appears to be there.
