Contemporary Design
The art carpenter and product designer Jean-Frédéric Fesseler produces not only furniture but also hand-turned writing instruments in his Berlin studio. Expressive native or exotic wood species, which have been deposited for decades, are used. This long period of time has a positive effect on the aesthetically colorful appearance. Each copy is unique.
The Barcelona Sketching Pencil is both a piece of jewelry and a writing instrument and, among other things, also makes an ideal present. The packaging made of recycled paper is accompanied by an explanatory card for each type of wood.
