Beautiful bowl or ashtray made in a spectacular ambered yellow Murano glass using the “Sommerso” technique. This unique piece is attributed to Flavio Poli and was produced in Venice, Italy during the 1970s. The sinuous lines in this mouth-blown glass and its incredibly charming color make this bown unique. The rounded edges together with the “sommerso” technique make the Murano glass change color depending on the light and viewing angle. The Sommerso glass is obtained by creating multiple layers of glass, within a single object. This technique gives the illusion of “dipped” colors that overlap without mixing. The bowl is in amazing conditions with no chips or scratches. A fantastic and unique decorative bowl, perfect to complement a Mid-Century Modern project. Dimensions (cm): Diameter – 16,5 Height – 6,5
