A German Nuremberg Alms dish, 16th century A copper round alms dish with an ornate round rim with hand-worked decoration and in the center of the bowl with floral decoration in relief. Hammered and chiseled decorations, Nuremberg 16th century. Later a hook was attached to the back so it could be shown off on the wall. The dish has various wear, traces of use. Initials are added, hammered letters probably the G and Z. The dish is 38 cm diagonal and 4 cm high. The weight is approx. 1150 grams.
