Kaiser Porzellan has been hand-crafting fine porcelain since 1872 out of Western Germany. Ebling & Reuss (Golden Crown) became a notable importer of Kaiser porcelain goods shortly after in the United States. The design of the sticker dates this piece between 1970-1990.
