A silver fish cutlery from Wilkens & Sohne, Bremen. A 6 person fish cutlery made by Martin Heinrich Wilkens, since 1810, Bremen Germany. The silver fish cutlery is marked with the screw press used since 1886. Since 1888 the silver has been marked with the Reichsmark from Germany and numbered for dating. This set has only the screw press of Wilkens & Sohne and 835s, so dates between 1886-1888. 835s (835/1000) The set has been re-inspected in the Netherlands and marked with the tax mark V and ZII (835/1000), these were used between 1906-1953 The measurements are 18 and 21 cm high (long), 2.5 cm wide and the dept is 2 cm The weight in total is 585 grams.
