A Spanish coffer wrapped in leather and adorn with studs from the turn of the 18th and 19th century. This antique Spanish coffer, with it’s rectangular-shaped body and slightly domed top, has been wrapped in leather and ornately adorn with nail-head brass studs decorating the front, top and two smaller sides (the backside remains un-adorn). The leather and nail-head trim have a wonderful old patina and warmth; some areas, particularly around the edges, are showing the wear of centuries of use, but we find that only adds character and does not interfere with form or function. This late 18th century Spanish coffer will be a handsome and functional storage piece for your home or office.
